About
Daryl J. Miller, Esq.

Daryl was born and raised in Orange County, California.
For over 25 years, Daryl has provided premier legal counsel to his clients. Daryl focuses his attention on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, and Corporate-Business Formation and counseling. Having practiced exclusively as a litigator and trial attorney at the outset of his career, Daryl is very skilled at understanding how to keep his clients away from such costly tumult. This comes through during his assignments involving trust, will, and business contract formation and administration as he helps his clients avoid the uncertainties and perils of litigation that result from contracts or other agreements gone bad. Daryl is an active member of the California State Bar and Orange County Bar, including Trust & Estates, Elder Law, Business Law, Business Litigation, and Real Estate sections. Daryl is licensed to practice in all of the state Superior Courts for the State of California and he is also licensed to practice in the United States Federal Court (Central and Southern Districts of California).
